With every order we will supply you with recycled cardboard boxes which you can place the packaging material (polythene) inside, to return to our designated recycling partner, who will recycle and make new products/packaging. Please do not send back the branded tape as this is the only part that cannot be recycled.
Polythene can be sent in the box to our designated recycling partner:

No, none of our shock pad products end up in landfill. Our RevoSport shock pad is a recyclable product.
If you order from us to replace your existing RevoSport shock pad, we will collect and take the ‘old’ product away whilst we install the new RevoSport shock pad. The old shock pad will be recycled and reused by our Combined Polymer Technology (CPT) department who will re-generate them into foam trim through the granulation process. At this point we have the option to make a multitude of products, one of them being RevoSport shock pad with its new product lifespan.
If your existing shock pad is from a different open cell shock pad manufacturer, you can still ask us to recycle it for you subject to delivery cost and quality conditions, which we are happy to discuss with you. If the quality requirements are met, we can recycle the product for you to avoid it being sent to landfill. Please contact us for more details.
Yes, all our range of shock pads are made from 100% recycled products. All our RevoSport products are manufactured using foam trim that is the excess generated after foam blocks have been converted into different products (i.e. cut into different shape and sizes). Rather than sending it to landfill, all of the foam comes back to our Combined Polymer Technology (CPT) department who then granulate the foam. This in turn is used to manufacture the RevoSport shock pads and a multitude of different products to ensure that we do not have to send any of our foam to landfill.
